Yvette Linton-Smith is a visual artist with an interdisciplinary and experimental studio practice.
Encompassing painting, drawing, photography, silversmithing/ jewellery, sculpture and lighting installations.
Revealing an innate connection to materiality. Finding pathways through materials.
Using form and experimental mediums to explore the geometry, structure of the poetry of space.
The edge, the light and the tactile reality of the natural world.
Her work has been included in numerous exhibitions in Australia, New York and Milan.
Having held various teaching positions at Universities and Tafe,
with a Masters degree and Honoursdegree in Visual Arts .
