Wanda Stafford Studio 11
Wanda Stafford studied Bachelor of Creative Arts at Wollongong University majoring Painting,Poetry and Writing.
Her artworks tell the stories of her environment.
Her primary medium is watercolour a medium she enjoys due to its fluidity and versatility.
Wanda is inspired by the colours, noises and life surrounding her home and studio in Bundeena.
She describes her art as’ unbound, organic and bold’.
Her process is influenced by her materials working across a diverse choice of media, including watercolour, acrylic and ceramics.
Wanda has exhibited widely including the Blackheath Art Society, the Blue Mountains Art Group, the Crockett Heritage Prize, FORART SPACE, Melbourne ‘Failure’ Project and a major exhibition at Sydney Olympic Park, Parliament House Sydney and has her Poetry published.
Wanda’s work is held in many private and public collections.
Wanda opened Wanda Stafford Art Studio 11 Gallery February 2015.
